Ely's Mill is a privately owned creekside property, tucked away in a quiet corner of Gatlinburg. Its location borders the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, so you get all of the natural beauty that the National Park has to offer in a private setting. The creek has been left untouched in it’s natural state. It runs through a historic property with an old timey, rustic feel. There are old, historic structures like barns, a mill house and other relics. It also has a pavilion on the creek in case of rain and restrooms on site. This quiet, secluded area can be reserved specifically for your wedding ceremony. It's close to the riverside and overlook for additional photo locations upon request.

Some of the most beautiful wedding ceremony locations in the Great Smoky Mountains are along its cascading rivers and streams. The picture shown hear is from the Little Pigeon River, a few miles outside of Gatlinburg. There are several spots along this section of river to choose from, including a large, open area for groups with up to 20 guests. This is a very popular spot for wedding ceremonies, but during certain times of the year it can be crowded. Contact us for suggestions on the best time to plan your wedding to avoid other park visitors and helpful tips for getting married in the Smokies.

Greenbrier riverside #2 is just about 3 miles upstream from Greenbrier #1. It's a more secluded location and suitable for smaller groups. There are rarely any other park visitors around this area making it ideal for times when there is a chance of running into crowds in the National Park. Its just as pretty as riverside #1 but different in that there are more trees, it's an overall more intimate location. As with the other outdoor locations in the national park there is a limit of 20 guests, but we suggest no more than 15 at this location. Feel free to contact us for more information about getting married in the Great Smoky Mountains.

Away from the noisy streets of Gatlinburg, in the Great Smoky Mountains, you will find a secluded cottage in the woods where all you can hear are the rustling leaves and flowing water of a mountain stream. This quaint cabin was built in 1928 as a vacation home and restored by the National Park Service in 2011. The stone patio is an ideal setting for your wedding ceremony. It is situated directly above the cascading waters of the Little River. If it happens to rain you and your guests can duck into the cabin and hold your ceremony in front of the large fireplace. Spence Cabin includes seating for up to 40 guests, restrooms and changing rooms. Some special considerations to keep in mind; there is no air conditioning in the cabin and no cell phone service available.
